Our services do not end after installation. We constantly strive to offer the best support to our clients and ensure our networks are fully utilized. Through an extensive and user friendly knowledge base and online support system as well as a 1-800 accessible phone support line we are able to provide the best support in the business.
A unique feature of our support process is our ability to be pro-active. Where other providers will wait for the client to call with an issue, our automated systems constantly monitor and maintain themselves - alerting our operations center whenever there is a slowdown or outage. We are then able to proactively fix the issue and many times resolve it before a client is able to notice or becomes aware of the problem.
In the rare cases where we cannot resolve an issue nearly immediately, our redundant and self-healing mesh WiFi systems will automatically fix themselves: temporarily rerouting internet traffic and increasing output to compensate for the outage.
