Anaptyx Completes 300 Unit Contract for Local Landlord
Hampton, NH, June 22 - After signing agreement two weeks ago with local landlord, Anaptyx was able to design, and install their full wireless system in 3 of the landlords properties, covering 16 buildings and nearly 300 units.
This system is highly energy and cost efficient and will be providing free access to the residents at all 3 properties. This particular landlord has seen the future and understands the power of free access to his residents. Anaptyx estimates he is saving his residents $450-600 a year and most importantly filling up his properties in tough times.
This landlord came to Anaptyx almost a year ago with a property he was struggling with and had been a problem for him over the last 10 years. We installed a high end green wireless system for him at this 168 unit complex and since then it has never been as full as it is today.
According to the landlord, "free WiFi has been a very hot commodity and people are seeing how much Internet access costs. I think it will even help with retention at my properties, since people know just by moving they will have to start paying for internet again at a new property".
